To reserve a date for a polygraph examination,  please call me to confirm the date.  After the confirmation make a $200.00 deposit by clicking on the add to cart icon located above the credit card logos. The $200.00 deposit will be credited towards payment of the total bill. If you want to pay for the polygraph examination or make a payment, click Payment for Polygraph Examination and follow the instructions. You do not require a PayPal account to use either option.

To cancel a scheduled polygraph examination a notice of twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled examination date is required for a full refund! If the requied twenty-four notice is not provided, a forfeiture of the deposit will take place!

Polygraph examinations that are scheduled require full payment before the examination is administered. This is done in order to avoid the appearance of any impropriety. You can pay the balance of the bill on the day of the polygraph examination. I accept cash, credit card payments, a certified bank check or a money order.
